Physical Therapy Aides assist in improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. NTI's training program for Physical Therapy Aide combines classroom and real-world training scenarios including how to treat physical disorders, exercise and mobility training, body systems terminology, workplace health and safety, and more.
Physical therapy is among the fastest growing of the health care professions. Graduates will work under the supervision of a physical therapist doing important work that's meaningful and worthwhile.
Graduates of the Physical Therapy Aide program will have the knowledge and ability required for entry-level employment in the clinical health field. They may obtain employment as a Physical Therapy Aide in a variety of settings including: clinics, public or private hospitals, nursing homes, or community health centers, and universities.
